These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Hostdab websites, console, API, CLI and cloud infrastructure services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
1. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials, authorized users, access permissions and activity under your account. Notify your Hostdab contact if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Acceptable use and customer content
You retain your rights in content you host and authorize Hostdab to process it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for your applications, licenses, content, configurations and compliance with applicable law. Do not use Hostdab for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized access, attacks, or activity that disrupts infrastructure or other users. Do not evade security controls, quotas or payment requirements.
3. Usage, pricing and payments
Charges depend on the resources and usage recorded for your account at the applicable rates. Monthly estimates are estimates; allocated resources may continue to incur charges while stopped until deleted, as described for the relevant service. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and any applicable payment or conversion charges are shown in the billing flow.
For INR payments, the conversion quote uses the daily reference exchange rate plus a 2% markup. The amount, currency and applicable quote are confirmed before payment or mandate approval. The quote applied to a payment or bill is fixed for that transaction. Account credit is applied to eligible usage; promotional credit is subject to its offer conditions and has no cash value.
4. AutoPay authorization and cancellation
AutoPay is optional and requires your separate approval and bank authentication. It authorizes collection of actual billable resource usage after applicable credits, within the approved budget and payment mandate limits. It is not a fixed-price subscription or a promise that resource charges cannot exceed your payment authorization. Payment and mandate approval may depend on Razorpay, your bank and applicable requirements.
You can disable AutoPay in Billing. Disabling it stops future collection requests under that authorization; it does not delete resources, cancel amounts already submitted for processing or discharge outstanding usage charges. To stop new resource charges, delete the billable resources. Payment failures may require manual settlement or renewed authorization.
5. Availability — no uptime commitment
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hostdab makes no uptime, availability, uninterrupted-operation, performance or service-level commitment, and provides no uptime-based service credits. Maintenance, failures, network issues, third-party services and other events may interrupt or degrade access. Unless separately agreed in writing, there is no guaranteed support response or resolution time.
6. Backups and data recovery
Hostdab does not commit to creating, maintaining, retaining or restoring backups, and does not guarantee data durability or recovery. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies outside Hostdab, testing restores and planning for service interruptions or data loss. Replication, snapshots or any backup feature, if available, do not establish a backup, retention or recovery guarantee. Do not rely on Hostdab as the sole copy of important data.
7. Cancellation, billing disputes and refunds
You can stop using a resource by deleting it in the console or through the API. Signing out, disabling AutoPay or stopping an application does not delete allocated resources. Charges incurred before deletion remain payable. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
If you believe a payment or usage charge is incorrect, contact your existing Hostdab account or support contact with the account and transaction reference. Usage already supplied is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a billing error is confirmed. Refund eligibility and handling of unused paid credit are reviewed against the transaction and applicable law; promotional credit is not refundable. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Bank and provider processing times vary; no fixed refund completion time is guaranteed by these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we may give notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue, but immediate action may be necessary. Resources and content may be removed following termination. Export your data and keep independent copies before deleting resources or closing your account.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hostdab disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Hostdab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption or loss of data. To the extent permitted by law, Hostdab’s aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the service fees you paid to Hostdab in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Third-party software, payment providers, networks and services may have separate terms. You are responsible for the third-party services you choose to connect.
11. Changes and contact
We may change service features, pricing and these terms. The current terms and their update date are published here. Changes do not remove accrued obligations or mandatory legal rights. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided. For account, billing or legal questions, use your existing Hostdab account or support contact.
